By accessing or using GoodSims services, including our website, mobile applications, and eSIM products (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GoodSims Inc. ("GoodSims", "we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Description of Service
GoodSims provides digital eSIM (embedded SIM) services that enable mobile data connectivity in over 190 countries. Our Service includes:
- Purchase and activation of eSIM data plans
- Management of eSIM accounts and usage
- Customer support and technical assistance
- Access to our website and mobile applications
eSIM services are provided through partnerships with international mobile network operators. GoodSims acts as a reseller and service provider, not as a direct carrier.
3. Eligibility and Account Requirements
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
3.2 Account Registration
To purchase and manage eSIM plans, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3.3 Device Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible with eSIM technology. Compatible devices include recent models of iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, iPad, and other eSIM-enabled devices. GoodSims is not responsible for device incompatibility or limitations.
4. Purchases and Payment
4.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary by country, data amount, and validity period. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment must be made at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
4.3 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of eSIM services, refunds are generally not available once an eSIM has been activated. However, we may provide refunds or credits in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing activation that cannot be resolved within 48 hours
- Service unavailability in the purchased country/region (subject to verification)
- Duplicate purchases due to system errors
- At our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. eSIM Service Terms
5.1 Activation
Upon purchase, you will receive an eSIM activation QR code via email. You are responsible for:

5.2 Service Availability
Service availability depends on:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.
5.3 Data Usage and Limits
eSIM plans are subject to:

- Validity periods (plans expire after the specified number of days from activation)
- Fair usage policies enforced by carrier partners
- Network speed limitations based on plan type and network conditions
5.4 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Service for:
- Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmitting harmful code, viruses, or malware

- Excessive data usage that may harm network performance
- Resale or commercial redistribution without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and designs, are owned by GoodSims or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our Service without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOODSIMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or unavailability
- Device compatibility issues
- Network coverage limitations
- Carrier partner service failures
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoodSims, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you submit or transmit through the Service
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or using account deletion features in your dashboard.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or our policies
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
- We discontinue the Service
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Active eSIM plans will continue to function until their expiration date, but you will lose access to account management features. We are not obligated to provide refunds for unused service time.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
10.2 Arbitration
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration organization, rather than in court. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.
10.3 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoodSims Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoodSims regarding the Service.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.
